OWNER BIO
William Grove has been employed with the Fresno Police Department for the past 25 years. He is currently the supervisor/sergeant of the Fresno Police Department's Tactical Unit within the Fresno County MAGEC Gang Task Force.
He is known as an expert in the area of occult investigation and related crimes. He has consulted with law enforcement agencies throughout the United States on crimes related to destructive youth subcultures.
For the past 15 years, he has provided training to law enforcement offices throughout California on crimes associated to teenage devil worship, vampirism, and destructive belief systems.
He is a past speaker for the National Gang Investigators' Association Conference and is a past president of the California Ritual Crime Investigators' Association.
